Before the Valley Golf Brawl, Delfin dela Paz was seen walking the 5th floor of the Senate, going from one Senator's office to the next to ask for Senators to cough up some dough for his daughter's golf training.
Whenever he'd get a 'No', he'd angrily tell the Senators' staff "Ganyan naman kayong mga politiko, magaling lang sa satsat wala namang binatbat."
So, I think it is really possible that he deliberately started a fight with the Pangandamans so that he could ask them for money.

I also hate it when one who is involved in violence would go unpunished, regardless of who used excessive violence. If you were in a brawl, you should get punished for it. Being battered and bruised, or even being underage, is not an excuse for the melee that occured because of your participation.
The Dela Paz's and Pangandamans both acted like animals, and such they should both be treated like animals.
One thing I want to make clear. A person does not need to be on a side in order to express his opinion on a given matter. Sa tagalog, hindi kelangan kumampi ng isang tao sa isang panig para makapagbigay sya ng kanyang opinyon sa isang bagay.
Why is it that people automatically assume that you're "for" the Pangandamans when you're against the Dela Paz's? The relationship of these two qualities are not causal - I repeat - not causal! It means one does not cause the other. They are independent of one another.
What this means is that a person can basically criticize the Dela Paz's and not necessarily be on the Pangandaman's side, and vice versa.
If that concept is way over your heads, then I guess my preconceptions about the Internet community being narrow-minded and downright stupid are justified.
So prove me wrong. Show me you guys actually have a brain that works on logic instead of emotions or libido.

SCHOOL SEEKS TO FORFEIT 100-0 WIN
DALLAS -- A Texas high school girls basketball team on the winning end of a 100-0 game has a case of blowout remorse.
Now officials from The Covenant School say they are trying to do the right thing by seeking a forfeit and apologizing for the margin of victory.
Samantha Peloza grabs a rebound in practice a week after their 100-0 win.
"It is shameful and an embarrassment that this happened," Kyle Queal, the head of the school, said in a statement, adding the forfeit was requested because "a victory without honor is a great loss."
The private Christian school defeated Dallas Academy last week. Covenant was up 59-0 at halftime.
A parent who attended the game told The Associated Press that Covenant continued to make 3-pointers -- even in the fourth quarter. She praised the Covenant players but said spectators and an assistant coach were cheering wildly as their team edged closer to 100 points.
"I think the bad judgment was in the full-court press and the 3-point shots," said Renee Peloza, whose daughter plays for Dallas Academy. "At some point, they should have backed off."
Dallas Academy coach Jeremy Civello told The Dallas Morning News that the game turned into a "layup drill," with the opposing team's guards waiting to steal the ball and drive to the basket. Covenant scored 12 points in the fourth quarter and "finally eased up when they got to 100 with about four minutes left," he said.
Dallas Academy has eight girls on its varsity team and about 20 girls in its high school. It is winless over the last four seasons. The academy boasts of its small class sizes and specializes in teaching students struggling with "learning differences," such as short attention spans or dyslexia.
There is no mercy rule in girls basketball that shortens the game or permits the clock to continue running when scores become lopsided. There is, however, "a golden rule" that should have applied in this contest, said Edd Burleson, the director of the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools. Both schools are members of this association, which oversees private school athletics in Texas.
"On a personal note, I told the coach of the losing team how much I admire their girls for continuing to compete against all odds," Burleson said. "They showed much more character than the coach that allowed that score to get out of hand. It's up to the coach to control the outcome."
In the statement on the Covenant Web site, Queal said the game "does not reflect a Christ-like and honorable approach to competition. We humbly apologize for our actions and seek the forgiveness of Dallas Academy, TAPPS and our community."
Covenant coach Micah Grimes did not immediately respond to a message left by The Associated Press on Thursday.
Queal said school officials met with Dallas Academy officials to apologize and praised "each member of the Dallas Academy Varsity Girls Basketball team for their strength, composure and fortitude in a game in which they clearly emerged the winner."
Civello said he appreciated the gesture and has accepted the apology "with no ill feelings."
At a shootaround Thursday, several Dallas Academy players said they were frustrated during the game but felt it was a learning opportunity. They also said they are excited about some of the attention they are receiving from the loss, including an invitation from Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban to see an NBA game from his suite.
"Even if you are losing, you might as well keep playing," said Shelby Hyatt, a freshman on the team. "Keep trying, and it's going to be OK."
Peloza said the coach and other parents praised the Dallas Academy girls afterward for limiting Covenant to 12 points in the fourth quarter. She added that neither her daughter nor her teammates seemed to dwell on the loss.
"Somewhere during that game they got caught up in the moment," Peloza said of the Covenant players, fans and coaches. "Our girls just moved on. That's the happy part of the story."

@ EVERYONE: Finally, at the crux of this issue before it turned into a festival of illogical and false conclusions about the Valley Golf Brawl let me state again as I did before:
Both parties were at fault for disturbing the peace.
Both parties each have to answer to charges filed in court.
Outside of the courts, the Valley Golf and Country Club's members and officials have seen it fit to do away with people who have demonstrated undesirable, violent behavior.
This is the prerogative of the Golf Club.
Mayor Nasser Jr and Hussein have been banned from the VGCC -- since they were not members.
Bambee, her father and brother have been expelled as members.
Secretary Pangandaman's membership has been suspended.
Mayor Nasser Jr. faces the charge of child abuse and this cannot be settled out of court, but one wonders if the charge will prosper in court.
He has charged Bambee with libel for her blog. Yugatech has discussed libel in his blog without any reference to Bambee, and it seems to me, apart from the costs of defending oneself from libel such suits have rarely reach the stage where decisions are actually handed down.
Delfin dela Paz's brought charges of slight physical injuries against the Pangandamans, however, the judge sitting on the case will probably take into account that Delfin had provoked the attack on himself as well as the severity of the attack inflicted upon him.
There is an expression that says 'Do not seek justice with blood on your hands'. Loosely explained, this means that if you are seeking legal action against a person who inflicted harm on you, it is best if you did not do anything to provoke that harmful action.
This is analogous to deliberately running out in front of an oncoming BMW or Mercedes Benz with the motive of asking the owner of the car to pay you for your injuries.
The fact that Delfin provoked the attack on himself, was beaten up and has voiced readiness to settle the case basically casts doubt on his motive for seeking justice.
Did he just pick a fight with the Pangandamans just get a huge settlement? This is a question worth asking.
As for Bambee, her account is one sided. She did not say that she and her father were the first to break the club rules against setting out as a party of two.
She did not say that, in violation of golf etiquette, she and her father hit balls in the direction of the Pangandamans without warning, when in fact, they did so twice.
She did not say that her father poked or pummelled Mayor Nasser Jr. and this had started the whole melee, when in fact, this was the case.
She did not say that she herself had been involved in the melee, when in fact she was involved in it.
Justice is a double sided sword, it slices both ways.

If you really are a doctor, then you should know the laws that govern your practice more than I do. I am really just clutching at straws here, as far as the law is concerned. Most prescriptions now are filled by email, there is a mandate that eventually, all scripts should be sent by email, or transmitted directly to the pharmacy, you can do this with a a palm pilot, so I don't know what you are talking about.

A libel suit is very rare to be successful. To-date, there is only Philippine case that resulted to judgment. In most cases, the libel suit is dismissed by the court. The petitioner has to prove all elements of libel.
However, it is a favorite legal tool against adverse opinion (which is not libel) to drive up defendant's legal cost before it can be dismissed. In conjuction with a separate legal action, it is often used to pressure amicable settlement.
This is how the Pangandamans exploit the libel case to their advantage.

This is the typical faggot reaction whenever I am confronted with solid logic and facts. I even created a blog account of you offering me prescription drugs out of the blue.
